Josh has been a hands on general contractor providing interior remodeling and construction work since 2020.

Since joining Blake interior Finishing he has come to master interior construction services including but not limited to installing drywall, drywall taping, smooth wall, insulation, Interior doors replacement, replacement windows, Mill work such as base trim, crown molding, interior wall framing, flooring installation: LVP & Carpet.

As the President of Blake Interior Finishing, Josh has been managing the day to day operations for all construction projects.

Josh is an expert in all aspects of specialty drywall work, including but not limited to smooth wall finishing. He has the craftsmanship and experience to provide advanced interior construction improvements for any size project.

Josh, as an Operations Manager in Los Angeles for the developer of the Metropolis DTLA (Greenland USA), oversaw contractors construction projects for the day to day operations regarding the newly built Indigo Hotel, Residential Tower 1, and the final inspection, completion, and opening of Residential Tower 2.

Working for Greenland USA, a subsidiary of Greenland Holding Group an International Fortune 500 real estate developer based in Shanghai China, he was also appointed to the HOA Board of Directors to represent the developer.
